Community Standards and Incident Reporting
The conduct and safety standards that apply to riders and drivers using migo.
Last updated · August 1, 2026
These standards apply to riders and drivers using services provided through 3XCLUSIVE INTL., LLC d.b.a. MIGO ("MIGO").
01
Respect and Safety
Riders and drivers must treat one another, MIGO personnel, and members of the public with respect. The following conduct is prohibited:
- · violence or threats of violence;
- · harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct;
- · sexual misconduct or unwanted sexual contact;
- · discrimination prohibited by the MIGO Nondiscrimination, Accessibility and Service Animal Policy;
- · deliberate or reckless property damage;
- · possession or transportation of unlawful or dangerous items; and
- · conduct that creates an unreasonable risk to another person's safety.
02
Lawful and Orderly Conduct
Riders and drivers must comply with applicable law and must not use MIGO services to facilitate unlawful activity.
A driver who has accepted a ride may refuse to transport a passenger who is acting unlawfully or in a disorderly manner, or who endangers the driver, another passenger, or the driver's vehicle.
03
Reporting an Incident
Use the safety and support reporting tools made available by MIGO to report unsafe conduct, harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, property damage, a collision, payment concerns, or another policy violation.
Provide accurate information and include relevant ride details when available. Do not knowingly submit a false or misleading report.
04
Emergencies
If anyone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical, fire, or police assistance, call 911 first. MIGO reporting and support channels are not emergency services.
05
Reviews and Consequences
MIGO may preserve relevant records, investigate reports, request information from involved users, and take proportionate action. Actions may include a warning, education, a temporary restriction, suspension during an investigation, reinstatement, or permanent deactivation.
An intoxication complaint against an identifiable driver is governed by the Intoxicating Substance Policy and requires immediate suspension during the investigation.
Driver investigations and appeals are described in the Deactivation, Investigation and Appeals Policy.
06
Lost Property
Riders and drivers should use MIGO support tools to report property believed to have been left in a vehicle. MIGO may help the parties communicate but does not guarantee that an item will be found or returned.
