Nondiscrimination, Accessibility and Service Animal Policy

How migo supports nondiscrimination, accessibility, and passengers with service animals.

Last updated · August 1, 2026

This policy applies to transportation services provided through 3XCLUSIVE INTL., LLC d.b.a. MIGO ("MIGO").

01

Nondiscrimination Rule

A driver logged in to the MIGO digital network must not discriminate against a passenger or potential passenger on the basis of:

  • · location or destination;
  • · race;
  • · color;
  • · national origin;
  • · religious belief or affiliation;
  • · sex;
  • · disability; or
  • · age.

For purposes of the Texas transportation-network-company requirement reflected in this policy, sex means the physical condition of being male or female.

02

Service Animals

A driver must not refuse service to a passenger or potential passenger because the person is accompanied by a service animal.

Drivers may not require a service animal to wear a vest, identification tag, or special harness. A driver must not charge an additional fee because a passenger travels with a service animal.

03

Passengers With Physical Disabilities

MIGO and drivers will not impose an additional charge for transporting a person with a physical disability because of that disability.

Drivers must make reasonable efforts to assist with the safe storage of mobility aids when requested and when the aid can be transported safely in the vehicle.

04

Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicle Requests

MIGO will provide riders an opportunity to indicate that they require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

If MIGO cannot provide a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, MIGO will direct the rider to an alternate provider of wheelchair-accessible service, if available.

05

Driver Notice and Compliance

MIGO provides this policy to authorized drivers. Each driver must comply with it whenever logged in to the MIGO digital network.

06

Reporting and Enforcement

Report suspected discrimination, a service-animal refusal, an improper disability surcharge, or an accessibility problem through the safety and support reporting tools made available by MIGO.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. MIGO will review reports and may restrict or deactivate an account when necessary to enforce this policy and applicable law.
