This Rider Privacy Policy explains how iGomigo collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information in connection with the iGomigo rider app, trip booking, payment tools, support and safety operations, and related services (collectively, the "Rider Services").

By creating a rider account or using the Rider Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

  • · if you enable analytics or similar preference controls made available in the app, we may use related usage data consistent with those settings; and
  • · if you enable biometric login on your device, the biometric authentication itself is generally handled by your device operating system, not by iGomigo.

We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

  • · drivers, to the extent needed to facilitate rides and provide core trip details, pickup and destination information, rider name or profile details, and communications features;

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • · maintain your account and provide the Rider Services;
  • · keep trip, payment, billing, and support records;
  • · investigate incidents, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms and policies; and
  • · comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, insurance, and audit obligations.

Retention periods may vary by data type and by legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we may delete it, de-identify it, or retain it only as permitted by applicable law.

05

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on the feature and the law that applies to you, you may be able to:

  • · review and update account information, saved places, and certain preferences in the app;
  • · control certain optional notifications or marketing messages;
  • · manage device permissions, such as location, notifications, and camera access, through your device settings;
  • · request account deletion through the app or support; and
  • · request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or object to or limit certain processing, where applicable law provides those rights.

Some information is required to operate the Rider Services. If you disable or refuse required permissions, some or all rider features may be unavailable.

06

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your password, device access, and any account credentials or verification codes used with the Rider Services.

07

International and Cross-Border Processing

We and our service providers may process personal information in locations where we or they operate. When required, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border data handling.

08

Children's Privacy

The Rider Services are not directed to users who cannot lawfully use the service or enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If we learn that we collected personal information in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict that information.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, by email, or by another appropriate method. Your continued use of the Rider Services after the updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
