Payment terms

Payment terms include:

· All rides must be paid for through the app
· Pricing is calculated based on distance, time, and demand
· Additional fees may apply for cancellations or no-shows
· Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Limitation of liability

migo provides a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not responsible for the actions of users or for any damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For everyone's safety:

· Always verify the driver and vehicle details before getting in
· Share your trip details with trusted contacts
· Report any safety concerns immediately
· Follow local traffic laws and regulations
